Can Suonon Vape Actually Help You Quit Smoking? My Honest Experience

I’ve been a smoker for over 10 years. Tried quitting more times than I can count—cold turkey, gum, patches… you name it. Nothing really stuck. A buddy of mine recently suggested I try Suonon Vape. Honestly? I wasn’t convinced at first. Vaping always seemed like just another habit to me, not a real solution.

But I figured, what do I have to lose?

The First Few Days – Not What I Expected

I started with a disposable Suonon, blueberry ice flavor. I picked that one kind of randomly—it just sounded better than tobacco. To my surprise, it hit smoother than I thought. Not harsh, no coughing. It didn’t exactly feel like a cigarette, but it scratched the itch.

What I noticed most wasn’t the flavor (though that was pretty good). It was the fact that I didn’t need to light up after meals or when I was stressed. I just reached for the vape and puffed a couple times. Done.

Week 2 – Fewer Cigarettes, Almost Without Trying

I didn’t even realize I had cut down on real cigarettes until I counted. I used to go through nearly a pack a day. By the second week of using Suonon, I was down to maybe 4 or 5 cigarettes a day—without making some big dramatic decision. I just… didn’t crave them as much.

Maybe it was the nicotine still hitting. Maybe it was just that oral habit being satisfied. Either way, it felt easier than past attempts.

One Month In – No Cigarettes, and I’m Not Miserable

Now it’s been over a month, and I haven’t touched a real cigarette. That’s a first for me. I’m still using the Suonon, mostly in the evenings or if I’m bored. But honestly, I feel better. My breath isn’t gross. My clothes don’t stink. My chest doesn’t feel tight every morning.

Am I 100% nicotine-free? No.
Do I still want to quit everything eventually? Sure.
But for now, this is the furthest I’ve gotten, and it feels doable.

Is Suonon Vape Healthier Than Smoking?

Look—I’m no doctor. But let’s be real: cigarettes are nasty. Tar, smoke, all that junk. Suonon doesn’t burn anything, so at the very least, I’m not inhaling ash and chemicals. That’s gotta count for something.

I’m not saying it’s healthy. But if we’re talking about less bad, yeah, vaping seems to win. No secondhand smoke either, which my partner definitely appreciates.

Who I Think This Is For (and Who It’s Not)

Probably a good fit if:

  • You’ve tried quitting before and failed

  • You still need the habit, but want less harm

  • You’re not into the tobacco taste and want something lighter

  • You want something small you can carry without smelling like an ashtray

Probably not for you if:

  • You’ve never smoked (seriously, don’t start)

  • You’re underage

  • You’re pregnant or have health conditions

Final Thoughts – It’s a Crutch, and That’s Okay

Some people treat vaping like a final destination. I don’t. For me, it’s a step—a bridge between a bad habit and a better life. Suonon made that bridge a little easier to cross.

And hey, if you’re struggling to quit too, I say give it a shot. Just know what you’re getting into—and keep your goal in sight.
