1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Vapermi.de. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Used or opened disposable vapes
- Items purchased on sale or with discounts
- Free promotional items
4. How to Initiate a Return
If you meet the return conditions, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at info@Vapermi.de with your order details and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect).
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
